Paneer Tikka Masala is a spicy and tasty dish with a creamy sauce and today you will learn how to make it.

You will need:
1 block of panner
Chilies to taste
pouring cream
onions x2
garlic cloves x8
tomatoes x6
coriander
Method:
Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and then add diced onions, chopped garlic or garlic powder, diced tomatoes and a half a teaspoon of salt and cook for 7-8 mins.
Once cooked and cooled blend the ingredients until it becomes a puree. When it has turned into a puree, pour it into a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil, chopped chilies, coriander and garam masala powder and stir. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
Add paneer that is chopped into cubes and stir again and let it simmer for another 5-7 mins. After it has simmered, pour 2-3 tablespoons of cream and top it off with aromatic, fresh coriander.
Serve it with either pitta bread or rice and enjoy.
